Message	It's no different then any pickup truck hauling a trailer. Visually, the plate is as blocked as the load you are carrying. Additionally, I chose to design the license plate frame to hinge upwards to ensure some visibility of the plate. I could have chosen to install the plate to hinge downwards, but was concerned about tag visibility in that position (ie, none).
